Bill brings more than 25 years of experience in the private and public, profit and not-for-profit health care sectors to USI. Areas of his specific expertise include human resources, acquisitions, legal/regulatory affairs, strategic/business planning and implementation, materials management and risk, insurance and compliance management. As USI's Florida Healthcare Practice Leader, Bill focuses on risk management and insurance placement for physicians and their practice groups and for medical facilities and providers of all types.

In addition to having filled senior executive management positions at The Public Health Trust, Cedars Medical Center, Universal Health Services Inc., Home Intensive Care, Inc., Sterling Healthcare Group, Inc., and Salick Healthcare, Inc. Bill consulted for numerous healthcare providers and organizations. In these roles, he successfully developed and implemented systems which ensured growth while maintaining stability.

Bill holds a Masters degree in Health Care Management from The George Washington University and a B.B.A. Degree with emphasis in human resources and finance from the University of Miami. He also is a Certified Fraud Examiner and holds General Lines (Property and Casualty) and Life, Health and Variable Annuity licensure from the Florida Department of Insurance. Long active in professional and civic organizations, he presently holds membership in many groups including The American Hospital Association, American Management Association and The Association of Certified Fraud Examiners.
